Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all retail orders placed on our online store or from any associated catalogue.

By visiting the Stickerscape website you accept and agree to the terms and conditions below.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to regularly read through them prior to purchase.

Supplying a trade customer

The supplier of the goods featured is Stickerscape Limited. If you would like to become a supplier, we require evidence of business trading before approving your trade account (including your business name, business email and business address). We may request further documents if required. Stickerscape reserves the right to reject any application that it deems not from a legitimate trade buyer, or to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Currently, we are only able to supply trade customers within the UK. If you are not within the UK, please contact us to register your interest and we will be in touch if the situation changes.

For trade customers, we reserve the right to withdraw trade login at any point, even if previously accepted. Stickerscape does not authorise the sales of goods or goods to be listed on any seller marketplace or online bidding sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Wayfair by retailers.

Pricing

All prices on the Stickerscape website are quoted in GB Pounds (£). All retail prices include 20% VAT whilst our trade prices exclude VAT. In both cases VAT is clearly recorded on the final invoice.

Stickerscape reserves the right to amend or increase any prices at its own discretion without notice. A delivery fee will be added to all orders prior to payment unless the order meets the Free Delivery conditions (see ‘Shipping to trade customers’ for details). Stickerscape endeavours to have accurate pricing and descriptions for all products and services it provides.

Trade customers must match or exceed Stickerscape’s RRP of products. You must not undercut the stated RRP, unless you have a temporary shop sale.

Payment options

Stickerscape requires payment in full prior to dispatch. We currently accept all debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, through our secure payment gateway. You will be given payment options on check out. All your details are protected and we take every measure possible to ensure a secure transaction. If you prefer to pay by BACS, please contact us at support@stickerscape.co.uk so that we are able to provide you with details.

The following terms and conditions apply to all discount codes offered on our Website, Stickerscape social media channels, marketing materials and email communications (unless otherwise stated):

1. Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
2. Discount code can only be used once per customer.
3. Stickerscape reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

Stickerscape may offer pre-orders of new designs ahead of busier seasons, please see our trade catalogue for details of all designs.

Shipping to trade customers

For our trade customers, free tracked UK shipping is available for any order of at least 24 units. For orders under this level, a delivery charge of £9.95 will be incurred per order. All trade orders will be sent using a 24hr tracked and signed delivery service with Royal Mail, please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. In addition to shipping time, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. Wherever possible, we will keep this processing time to a minimum.

In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become available again. You will be advised of this when you place your order or by email. Should this be the case, no additional delivery charges would be applicable.

A signature will be required for all trade parcels sent. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please let us know at the point of order and we will arrange for an alternative shipping method. Please note that Stickerscape cannot take any responsibility should a non-signed for order not be received, which is why we recommend a signature is obtained for all orders.

Should you refuse to sign for your package within a 14-day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back. Should your order be returned back to us by our courier due to a refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by the incorrect address being given, or non-collection of your goods from our courier, we will charge an administration fee of £10 which will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time.

Changing or cancelling your order

If your order has not yet been processed you may add to, or cancel your and receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been processed internally (even if not yet dispatched), you will have to place a new order for any additions you may need and we will not be able to send both your orders out together, therefore you will incur another delivery charge (if the Free Shipping point has not been reached on both orders). Cancellations at this stage may be subject to an administration fee.

Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure. You will also be liable for all return delivery costs, administration fees and your delivery fees will not be refunded.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

We pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail when dispatching orders. If there is any problem with your order when you receive it, please inform us within 3 working days and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately. If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, in the first instance we ask that you send us an email at via the contact us form with your order number & a photo of any damage. Please note that if you accept a damaged parcel knowingly, the damage must be specified on the courier driver’s signature terminal for our records.

If your order has failed to arrive within 30 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to claim for loss of the item from our courier and therefore unable to replace your goods.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return items to us. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery with the original receipt & order number and we’ll process this for you.

Please note we can only accept the return of items in an unused and resalable condition, exactly how they were received.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have received the products back at our premises. Return postage will only be refunded in the case of a replacement due to damage, fault or receipt of items not ordered. Please include the receipt for the return delivery charge within the package or scan and email us a copy to support@stickerscape.co.uk.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
