Delivery & Shipping

For our trade customers, free tracked UK shipping is available for any order of at least 24 units. For orders under this level, a delivery charge of Β£9.95 will be incurred per order. All trade orders will be sent using a 24hr tracked and signed delivery service with Royal Mail, please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. In addition to shipping time, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. Wherever possible, we will keep this processing time to a minimum.

In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become available again. You will be advised of this when you place your order or by email. Should this be the case, no additional delivery charges would be applicable.

A signature will be required for all trade parcels sent. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please let us know at the point of order and we will arrange for an alternative shipping method. Please note that Stickerscape cannot take any responsibility should a non-signed for order not be received, which is why we recommend a signature is obtained for all orders.

Should you refuse to sign for your package within a 14-day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back. Should your order be returned back to us by our courier due to a refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by the incorrect address being given, or non-collection of your goods from our courier, we will charge an administration fee of Β£10 which will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time.
